Rock Hill Ford - We are looking for an Experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team! The Service Advisor is the main point of contact for customers looking to get their car serviced at the dealership. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective serviceTake ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customerProvide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandledEnsure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customersDistribute work between technicians efficientlyAnswer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairsMaintain Customer Success Index at or above company standardsReinforces company policies and adheres to company standardsEncourages compliance with applicable laws and regulationsMaintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relationsQualificationsPrevious Service Advisor Experience required.
