Help our customers maintain their vehicles and give them A+ service so that they will return again and againWe love to see our customers every few months, so they can make sure their car is well maintained. That way when they trade it in they get top dollar trade value.Responsibilities:Helping customers understand the needed repairs on their vehicles along with needed maintenance.Working with technicians to help our customers understand needed repairs.Working with extended warranty companies for repairs on vehicles.Coordinating appointments with customersService advisors are the primary contact between the technicians and the customersQualifications:Prior Service Advisor experience is helpful. Any sales experience helps.Excellent communication skillsStrong organization skillsEffective teamwork skills
