• Follow established processes for scheduling and managing automotive repair services• Develop trust relationships with customers and recommend solutions for their automotive needs• Provide feedback on service repair jobs to customers• Complete administrative paperwork and data entry duties• Maintain professional relationships with co-workers, customers, and vendors
Requirements
• Ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner• Good working knowledge of the automotive industry• Ability to read and interpret repair orders, service invoices, diagrams, etc.• Good problem-solving and communication skills• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment• Ability to use basic computer systems, such as Microsoft Office suite
