If you have experience creating customer relationships and enjoy learning about new products- we want to talk to you!Our Career Path Program provides paid training and offers employees the opportunity expand their skills rapidly. Sales Team members can graduate into Senior Consultant roles within 24 months, developing skills to prepare them for future advancement in areas such as: Management, Finance, and Administration. With six brands and three locations in Eastern North Carolina, our Leadership Team is looking for individuals that can grow with us to meet our wonderful community's needs.At Pecheles Automotive group, our top performers come from a variety of backgrounds: Customer Service, Hospitality, and Retail to name a few.
