Responsibilities
• Approaching and greeting customers• Assisting customers in finding the right vehicle• Offering test drives and providing product information• Cultivating and maintaining customer base• Ensuring customer satisfaction• Preparing sold vehicles for customer delivery• Following up on post-delivery items• Maintaining prospect development and follow-up system• Attending sales meetings• Writing sales orders and processing paperwork
Requirements
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with less than 6 points• High school education or equivalent• Ability to walk around/stand for long periods• Understanding of automobile business terminology• Knowledge of product technology and inventory• Experience in car sales is welcome but not required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to listen and ask relevant questions• Sales control and follow-up abilities• Knowledge of retail auto sales laws• Ability to explain depreciation to customers
