Responsibilities:
Create exceptional customer experiences by building strong relationships and assisting clients in selecting the perfect vehicle. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Ford options, packages, and features to guide customers through their buying journey. Conduct professional and engaging vehicle demonstrations to showcase the latest Ford models. Follow up with prospects and buyers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referral business. Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations, contributing to the success of our team. Report directly to the Sales Manager, providing updates on objectives, planned activities, and sales performance. Qualifications: Availability to work Saturdays, with two days off (Sundays and Tuesdays or Wednesdays). Quick learner with a passion for staying up-to-date on new products and features. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and our GCF team. Professional and well-groomed appearance, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
