Automotive Sales Consultant

Job Summary:Jenkins Chevrolet of Venice is seeking an experienced and driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team in Venice, Florida. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the fast-paced and exciting automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.Compensation & Benefits:This position offers a competitive salary of $80,000 to $150,000 per year, based on experience and performance. Additionally, our sales consultants have the potential to earn bonuses and commissions. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, vacation and sick days, and a 401k plan.Responsibilities:Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the dealershipUnderstand and demonstrate product knowledgeDevelop and maintain customer relationships through effective communication and follow-upAssist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle for their needs and budgetConduct test drives and present vehicle features and benefitsNegotiate pricing and financing options with customersMaintain up-to-date knowledge of all dealership promotions and incentivesFollow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and request referralsCollaborate with the sales team and other departments to consistently improve processes and achieve team goalsRequirements:Strong negotiation and closing skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentMust be organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasksProficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applicationsWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsEEOC Statement:Jenkins Chevrolet of Venice is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
