Responsibilities
• Work a daily business plan and communicate with various types of traffic and calls.• Update business plans and client cards using eLead CRM.• Manage and measure all lead activity and results.• Greet and do needs assessment for incoming sales opportunities.• Select and present vehicles based on client needs and wants.• Facilitate paperwork and sign-up for first service appointment at delivery.• Follow up with unsold prospects and customers who buy.• Engage in ongoing customer contact to promote loyalty and retention.• Facilitate automated follow-up processes.• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.• Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.• Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills.• Knowledge of federal, state, and local retail laws.• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, handle, reach, crouch, and have clear vision and depth perception.• Ability to work outside and in a climate-controlled environment.
