We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Recruiter to join our team in Greenville, SC, and play a pivotal role in sourcing and hiring top talent. As a Recruiter specializing in our Vehicle Test Driver business, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in high volume recruiting. Your primary goal will be to ensure we have a steady pipeline of skilled and reliable talent to support our cutting-edge vehicle testing initiatives.
Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for the Vehicle Test Driver Program. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and staffing agencies. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the role. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process. Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive candidate experience. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and team dynamics. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS). Assist in developing job descriptions and postings that attract high-quality candidates. Successfully recruit candidates across different states and time zones, ensuring we have coverage and talent for all required locations. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and staffing. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Proven experience as a Recruiter. Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manag e multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Proven skill working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. High level of professionalism and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Ability to multi-task and manage high volume of vacancies. Preferred Skills:
Experience recruiting for roles in the automotive or engineering industries. Knowledge of vehicle testing and driver recruitment. Strong networking abilities and a talent fo r building relationships. Proven recruitment experience with a staffing agency . Knowledge of the automotive or engineering sectors is a plus . Ability to work extra hours as needed .
