Looking for a motivated Automotive Mechanic/ Service Tech for the Sioux Falls and surrounding area. You can book 80 hours or 160 hours a pay period with the correct skill set. Frequent bending, carrying, hearing, lifting, pushing, standing, and walking. Occasinal climbing , crawling, crouching and reaching. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Work varying temperatures and humidity. Occassionally subjected to vibrations, Mechanical and electrical hazards. Atmospheric conditions occasionally include fumes and dust. The noise level could be high. Must possess valid driver's license Other: ASE certification Proven knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations. Essential Job Functions Examines customer vehicles Identifies necessaary vehicle repairs and maintnance. Maintains Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards Estimates cost of repairs Performs vehicle repairs and manitenance Documents services performed Performs services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines] Follows dealership and manufacturer service guidelines Requests necessary parts. Follows safety rules and regulations Regularly attends formal training to remain proficient in changing automotive technology Maintaining organized service department Performs other tasks, based on the requirements and instructions of Service Manager Compensation can range from $25 to 50$ an hour based on experience
