We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Fixed Operations Coach and Consultant at our corporate offices. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely and requires a strong background in Service Retail within a franchised dealership environment. As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring dealership personnel to achieve continuous improvement and growth using industry-leading tools and strategies.
Responsibilities:
Provide remote coaching and guidance to service and parts personnel, general managers, and dealerships, leveraging your personal experience for credibility.
Utilize cutting-edge proprietary software to analyze closed Repair Orders (ROs) and other dealership management system (DMS) data, ensuring clients remain at the forefront of the automotive industry.
Conduct regular fixed operations analyses to identify improvement opportunities in opcodes, pricing matrices, labor rates, discounting, advisor selling, and technician performance.
Recommend targeted growth strategies and areas of improvement within our coaching criteria.
Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed of processes and changes, prioritizing client success and relationship-building.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Fixed Operations Manager or Service Director/Manager in a franchised dealership, with a track record of success.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with team members and dealership management.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word, with a willingness to learn customized software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
Confidence in engaging with dealership personnel and management at all levels, without arrogance.
