Responsibilities
• Perform administrative duties for the finance and/or accounting department• Breakdown deals to audit and verify compliance of documents• Process and maintain dealer trades & wholesale transactions• Remit warranty and ancillary products purchased at the time of sale• Assist Title Clerk for verifying documents and data for title processing• Other office duties as assigned
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent• Computer proficient• General Accounting and bookkeeping knowledge• Ability to prioritize tasks and organize schedule• Experience working in a dealership is a PLUS!• Valid driver's license• CDK experience is a PLUS• Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable• Effective verbal and written communication skills
