Responsibilities
• Understand and demonstrate automobile characteristics, capabilities, and features• Develop and qualify buyers• Close sales• Greet customers and determine vehicle preferences• Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation• Suggest optional equipment• Consult with Sales Manager• Compute and quote sales price• Prepare paperwork and applications• Deliver new vehicle to customer• Maintain prospect development system• Stay knowledgeable of new products and features• Adhere to company policies and procedures• Meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements
• Previous experience in sales• Strong negotiation skills• Minimum 3 years automotive sales• Ability to build and maintain rapport with guests• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals and regulations• Ability to write reports and procedure manuals• Ability to effectively present information• Ability to solve practical problems• High School Diploma or GED• Valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
