The ideal candidate is technology-oriented and has exceptional customer service skills.Responsibilities:Review features and benefits of all vehicle technology with clients at time of delivery/pick upProvide clients with all vehicle information required by manufacturerEnsure clients have necessary information and paperwork prior to pick upEnsure vehicles are cleaned, gassed, and prepared for pick upMaintain an above average customer satisfaction survey scoreComplete all manufacturer product knowledge trainingFollow up with clients after delivery/pick upAssist the sales department with day to day activityQualifications:Excellent Customer Service & Communication SkillsValid Driver LicenseTechnically InclinedProfessional AppearanceWhat We Offer:Base Salary + Performance Incentives401K PlanMedical, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Time Off + VacationManufacturer Training
