Automotive Dealership Accounting Clerk

Mills Auto Group is seeking a Full Time Accounting Clerk for our Harvey Accounting Office. Applicant must demonstrate good administration and organization skills. Must have basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions and previous dealership experience required. Good computer skills and a working knowledge of CDK a plus.WE OFFER:* Health, Dental, Medical* 401K* Paid Time OffRESPONSIBILITIES:Post Invoices into CDKIssue checksPrepare statements and mail outDo daily deposit from sales, parts and service.Receipt in checks and ensure they are posted to the right accounts and invoices.Perform basic and routine accounting functionsBill out car deals and RDRMaintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile assigned general ledger accountsHandle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assignedREQUIREMENTS:Previous automotive dealership accounting experience requiredProficient with standard computer software and accounting softwareExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbout the DealershipMills Auto Group understands rapid growth in the automotive space.
