Responsibilities
• Approach repair planning with urgency and attention to detail• De-trim and disassemble vehicles, make repair vs. replace decisions• Assist in identifying and sourcing parts• Know status of own vehicles and problem-solve for on-time delivery• Perform quality repairs without passing on defects• Utilize required safety equipment and follow proper repair procedures• Maintain clean and organized work area• Adhere to hazardous waste disposal requirements• Meet productivity requirements and quality control processes• Utilize frame and measuring equipment per vendor procedures
Requirements
• Knowledge of manufacturers' repair processes and technical repair processes• Valid state driver's license and ASE certification in body repairs• Commitment to continued learning and industry-required training• Welding certificate preferred• Ability to lift and carry objects over 50 pounds• Manual dexterity and eye/hand coordination• Clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment screens
Key Skills Needed
