Tidelands Ford is looking for an Automotive Accounting and Title Clerk to join our team!ResponsibilitiesProcess Title Work – EVR in state and all out of stateProcess dealer trades and wholesalesProcess Trade Payoffs and follow up on trade titlesStock in vehicles; reconcile titlesComplete daily bank depositReconcile cashier and petty cash drawers monthlyHandles all Accounts Receivables – statements/payments/etcReconciles assigned schedules at month endAll other duties as assignedQualificationsAutomotive dealership experience preferred.Must be familiar with CDK and experienced in Microsoft ExcelHigh school diploma requiredAbility to communicate effectively verbally in one-on-one situations to customers and other associatesValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordComputer literate and must be able to learn Company softwareJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Starting at $14.00 per hour depending on experienceBenefits:401(k)401(k) Employer Contribution100% Employer Paid Health insuranceDental insuranceLife insuranceVision insurancePaid time offClosed on HolidaysSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to Friday
