Responsibilities
• Supporting users by providing access or creating user accounts to software and applications• Performing routine data quality checks• Tracking information and locating documents• Preparing training documents and slides• Assisting in the preparation of change management documents• Ensuring work is performed on schedule with high quality standards• Demonstrating leadership, quality, and safety values• Creating a work environment that fosters openness, trust, communication, teamwork, empowerment, innovation, and satisfaction
Requirements
• New university grad plus 1 year work experience• Proficiency in software tools (MS Excel, Word, Access, Power Point)• Strong aptitude for utilizing the computer to collect, organize, and present technical data• Ability to analyze data within technical documents and properly classify relevant information• Analytical skills to monitor and extract information efficiently• Excellent communication skills• Attention to detail in capturing technical details• Bachelor's degree plus 1 year or less of related experience• US Citizenship• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
