Automation Technician

Who We Are Looking For:
Adecco Permanent Recruiting is currently seeking two experienced Automation Technicians on behalf of our client in Youngsville, North Carolina. As an Automation Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated systems to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime. You'll have the option to choose between Second Shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm) or Third Shift (11:00pm - 7:30am).

About You:
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll bring 3-5 years of experience in automation or maintenance, with a focus on electrical and mechanical expertise. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, programming PLCs, and providing support to maintenance teams.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of relevant experience
Associate degree or equivalent in Automation, Mechatronics, or related field
Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
