Automation Engineer

Position : AUTOMATION ENGINEER Location : Milwaukee, WI 53204 We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Engineer to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for talented engineers who are looking to leverage their expertise in Industrial and Discrete Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities: Leading automation projects from concept to implementation. Ensuring the solution is of good quality and design and aligns with corporate standards. Executing multiple projects simultaneously, potentially across different facilities. Communicating and collaborating effectively with personnel at all levels in a manufacturing environment. Implementing automation within a traditionally manual manufacturing environment. Applying knowledge of Automation and Process Integration. Experience and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. You should have 4-7 years of relevant experience, including experience with various types of automation, robotics, automation vendors, and automation applications. Proficiency with computer systems and software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is a must. Candidates with 3D CAD competency (preferably SolidWorks), Visual Basic Programming, Ladder Logic, or other programming knowledge will have an advantage.
