As a Technician Trainee, you will: Get paid to learn and apprentice the Safelite way through hands-on and classroom training, including: Installing and repairing auto glass Recalibrating automotive safety systems Providing additional services and products Study and pass testing to become a Safelite-certified Technician, demonstrating proficiency in installations, maintaining a positive attitude, and following instructed techniques. Safely operate a company vehicle and use company-issued tools throughout the workday. What you'll get: Competitive weekly pay starting at $22.75/hour , increasing to $26.06/hour after training and certification. Earn $5 for each set of wiper blades added for customer safety. Potential for promotion within your first year! Pay starting at $31.17/hour as a Senior Tech and $33.42/hour as a Master Tech. Technician career levels are based on performance metrics such as efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. A benefits package valued at more than $10k*. Includes a 401(k) plan with company matching, medical plans, paid time off, holidays, and volunteer days. Program to buy additional paid time off (PTO) or sell unused time up to 16 hours.
