Key provides services for children on the autism spectrum directly under the guidance and supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). This position is working in-home implementing ABA (applied behavior analysis) therapy and counselling programs established by a BCBA.
Depending on your location, most of the cases are after school hours, so you must have a flexible schedule for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.

Required to perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bend, kneel, and squat, sitting on floor or in a chair, or standing for periods of time. Ability to respond quickly in short distance (100 feet) in response to the movement and behaviors of children. Willingness and ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings.
