Audit Staff Compensation: Pay: From $28.40 per hour (based on experience)
Annual pay can be calculated using an estimated 2,300 hours worked per year. 2,080 hours (40hrs*52wks) at $28.40 = $59,072.00 per year 220 over time hours at time and a half $42.60 = $9,372.00 per year Total Estimated Annual Pay based on 2,300 hours: $68,444.00 per year Position Type: Full-Time Non-Exempt
In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Act, Compensation Differentials for this position are based on education, experience, training, and geographic location, as well as DWC's seniority and merit systems. Job Responsibilities: Assessing and enhancing the effectiveness of clients' policies and procedures. Documenting and validating internal control systems. Applying GAAP and drafting financial statements with disclosures. Utilizing GAAS to support conclusions and contribute to engagement teams. Following firm standards and methodologies for efficient service delivery. Conducting research on accounting topics and forming independent opinions. Researching basic and intermediate accounting topics and forming an initial opinion on the treatment independently What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. Ability and willingness to travel, as needed. Knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and auditing principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
