Audit Senior Accountant

Are you a seasoned auditor passionate about your craft? We're seeking an Audit Senior Accountant to join our dynamic Louisville office and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our sophisticated client portfolio.
In this highly visible role, you'll oversee a wide range of accounting and internal auditing projects spanning diverse industries. Your responsibilities will include planning client engagements, ensuring deliverables are completed within agreed-upon timelines, and performing risk-based audits with excellence. You'll leverage your analytical skills to review work, identify issues, and prepare comprehensive work papers in conformity with industry standards.
As a Senior Accountant, you'll be a trusted consultant, determining clients' needs and advising on appropriate services. Your excellent technical writing abilities will be instrumental in drafting process narratives and process maps. Additionally, you'll serve as a mentor and primary point of contact for our Staff Accountants and Audit Interns, providing guidance and fostering their professional growth.
To thrive in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree (150 credit hours) and at least two years of experience as a Staff Auditor at a CPA or professional services firm. A willingness to travel to client sites (up to 15% annually) is also required. CPA eligibility is a must.
