This family owned hearing healthcare practice is seeking an Audiologist in the Louisville, KY area with a proven record of performance and leadership experience for a new Regional Manager role!
Job Details/Responsibilities: Full-time, Monday-Friday, professional daytime hours.Responsible for the growth of their office and regional team.5 years' experience with diagnostic testing and dispensing preferred.2 years' experience in leading/training clinical teams.Must have solid clinical skills and business acumen, who is well versed in the process of diagnostic testing, fitting and the sale of hearing aids.Opportunity to work in both a private practice setting and in the field to support clinic teams in the region.Strong support staff including a full staff of clinicians, marketing specialists, insurance specialists, an in-house telemarketing department.Compensation & Benefits: Generous base salary.Profit sharing and 401K matching. Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.Paid time off and paid holidays.Relocation assistance.Loan repayment program.Flexible schedule.Professional development, training and advancement opportunities.HHR will disclose details in further conversation.
