Responsibilities
• Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services such as hearing tests and fittings.• Educate and train hearing aid users on best practices.• Perform checks and repairs on hearing aids and other amplification devices.• Achieve growth with a focus on sales and key business metrics.• Develop a relationship with community leaders as an advocate for HearingLife.• Ensure clinic inventory meets business needs and maintain accurate recordkeeping.• Support Telehealth initiatives for expanded patient care.• Communicate test results and propose treatment in a patient-friendly manner.• Be technically savvy with computer systems, including knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Requirements
• Master's Degree and/or Doctorate of Audiology.• Maintain an active Hearing Aid Dispensing License in accordance with state requirements.• A minimum of two years of professional experience in audiology/dispensing practice.• Demonstrated previous experience, training, or equivalent education and experience.• Maintain continuing education requirements.• Ability to communicate test results and propose treatment to patients.• Technically savvy with computer systems, including knowledge of MS Office Suite.
