Attorney - Corporate/Transactional

Our client, an Austin area law firm, is looking to hire an experienced Corporate Attorney to join their team. The corporate section of the firm works with it's clients on initial capitalization and venture capital investments. This includes joint ventures, limited partnerships, limited liability corporations, non-profits and other entity forms. The firm assists in planning and implementing entity and capitalization structuring and restructuring, contractual negotiations, tax, real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions. The firm's clients include many industries including, but not limited to, real estate, construction, advertising, telecommunications, entertainment, trucking, franchising, and manufacturing. This position will support the corporate law group with organizing entities, taxation of entities, contract negotiations, real estate and financing transactions.
Requirements:
5 or more years of experience as a licensed attorney supporting clients with corporate/transactional matters. Active Texas Bar License and in good standing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Writing sample will be requested if selected to interview.
