San Diego
is seeking an experienced attorney with a minimum of 5 years in
complex commercial litigation . If you have a passion for the law and a drive for excellence, we want to hear from you.
The ideal candidate must be able to Independently handle various aspects of litigation, including but not limited to legal research, discovery, depositions (including expert witnesses), court appearances, and mediation. They must also have strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. A JD from an accredited law school and an active California Bar membership are required.
Benefits:
Competitive salary range: $160,000 - $200,000 with a bonus structure based on billable hours.
Standard health insurance, 401(k), and unlimited PTO.
Remote work option with a preference for candidates within driving distance of San Diego.
