If you have the ability to handle a diverse caseload, have stellar research and writing skills, can communicate effectively, and use today's technology well, please start your application today!Responsibilities:Get the appropriate legal documents ready for clients, such as brief, motions, and pleadings, as well as correspondenceAnalyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategiesPerform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motionsAppear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedingsTake responsibility for administrative staff relating to client invoicing/billing records, setting up meetings with clients and completing tasksQualifications:Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 2 years a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessaryWell-versed in legal research software (Westlaw/Lexis)Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills requiredWork independently while handling a heavy caseloadAbout Company:A dynamic and collaborative work environment where your legal expertise will be recognized and appreciated.
