As a Marketing and Sales Representative, you will: Engage in event fundraising activities to support our clients' causes. Utilize your competitive edge to drive sales and achieve fundraising goals. Participate in event setup, execution, and breakdown. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote fundraising events. Connect with consumers through face-to-face interactions to promote client products and services. Provide excellent customer service to enhance the consumer experience. Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution. Receive training and mentorship to enhance your marketing and sales skills. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell client products/services at various fundraising events. Engage with potential customers to create brand awareness and drive sales. Assist in organizing and executing promotional events and campaigns. Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm during events. Track and report on sales performance and event outcomes. Ensure all marketing materials are properly displayed and distributed. Work closely with the event management team to meet client objectives. Desired Skills & Experience: Athletic background or competitive sports experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Previous experience in sales, marketing, or event promotion is an asset. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
