Atento Capital is seeking an exceptional Atentern, Customer Service Representative. As an Atentern, you will play a vital role in driving our mission of inclusive economic growth in Tulsa. As the Atentern, Customer Support Representative, you will: Proactively engage with clients, providing assistance, and offering solutions to enhance their overall experiences.
Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, advocating for customer needs while collaborating with various departments to deliver timely and effective solutions.
Exemplify a customer-centric mindset, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Work with technologies such as Hubspot, Typeform, Metabase, Zapier, Stripe, and Intercom to drive success.
Utilize your customer-centric mindset to drive customer feedback utilization.
Foster positive relationships between the team and its valued customers.
Take on additional responsibilities and special projects assigned to contribute to the team's overall success.
Compensation: $15/hr for high school graduates
$18/hr for those currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
$22/hr for young professionals with BA or equivalent
$27/hr for those currently enrolled in a Master's program
$31/hr for those currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program
