Responsibilities
• Acting as fiduciary for the Institute and being accountable for its financial status• Leading financial planning efforts and resource utilization strategies• Assessing financial and managerial challenges, recommending strategies to meet benchmarks• Promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace environment• Developing procedures consistent with university policies and regulations• Identifying new revenue sources, providing guidance for program creation and funding• Providing financial oversight of endowment funds• Coordinating office spaces and emergency response plan• Building relationships with key stakeholders• Assessing the effectiveness of fiscal policies and procedures
Requirements
• Master's degree and 8 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience• Supervisory and leadership experience• Experience in fiscal management, budgeting, grant management• Experience with large enterprise resource planning (ERP) system• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion• Ability to resolve complex issues and lead effectively• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
