BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree required from an accredited, not for profit University or CollegeA track record of commitment to prior employers8+ months experience in a customer service environmentMicrosoft Excel 365 experience is requiredFlexibility to work shifts aligned with ET, CT, MT, and PT time zonesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSAbility to connect with people quickly and professionally over the phoneProven success performing to metrics or key performance indicators (KPI)Natural curiosity, persistence, and ability to conduct thorough investigative researchExperience and demonstrated proficiency with Excel that includes the ability to manipulate data, filter, and develop basic formulas.
