Job Description We build. We create impact. As an Associate Engineer on the Solution Engineer team, you will make a positive impact by:
Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements. Provide expert guidance on how our products and services can address specific client challenges. Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase proposed solutions. Solution Design and Implementation: Translate business requirements into technical terms and lead the team in designing, building, and managing technology solutions. Build, lead, and federate teams around pre-sales and pilot projects, preparing solutions for deployment to independent customers and larger accounts. Technical Expertise: Be the technical and solution expert facing customers Assist clients in customizing solutions to their needs and integrating their data into our Cloud. Project Management: Track and document every part of the customer's implementation of the solution. Manage direct/indirect client communications as per the assigned responsibility in the project. Qualifications ????? Qualifications we're looking for. Experience: 6+ months in a relevant role and/or field (Internship experience is applicable) An experience in retail would be a plus. Skills: Strong understanding of SaaS solutions Great project management skills: managing deadlines and delivering tasks/projects on time. Abilities: ??? Customer-centric at heart: every decision you make revolves around our customers and bettering their experience. Excellent verbal and written communication, with appropriate and logical structuring of thoughts process during discussion/ presentation. Ability to liaise with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical discipline and o work within a virtual global team environment. Ability to travel based on the work you do, and the clients and you serve. Education: BA/BS in related field: Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science or other STEM, Information Technology, Software Engineering etc We innovate. We help communities thrive.?
