Associate Software Engineer

Our client is a leader in the design and manufacturing of precision motion systems- largely for the defense and aerospace industries. They are beginning a hiring push to grow the size of their space vehicles team in Arvada, CO and are looking to add an Associate Software Engineer to a team that looks to double in size:

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
• Experience with C, C++, Python or similar languages.
• Self-Starter, ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and can communicate effectively.

Job Duties:
• Design and implement software simulators used in automated testing
• Design and implement real-time embedded software utilized in the Spacecraft Buses
• Perform software unit testing
• Review and provide feedback on software requirements
• Direct interfacing to space vehicle hardware
• Work with internal team members to solve complex software and system issues
• Work with fellow software engineers in the Agile development environment
