Reports to assigned Release Manager.ResponsibilitiesPartner with 1st Party Partnerships regarding relationship management for assigned first partySupports Release Manager in owning release management process for specific productsDevelops subject matter expertise on assigned platform for Release Management TeamDrive conversations with assigned first party on urgent deadlines and emergenciesTrain team members on 2K submissions practices, processes, and procedures along with the intricacies of the assigned portal.Learn and be internal SME for all processes / procedures attached to submissionsSupport improvement of submissions practices, processes, and proceduresStay abreast of all requirement changes and communicate to internal teamsCreates Confluence pages regarding assigned first partyCreate and handle help tickets primarily via the First Party PortalsSupport release process for assigned products with support from Release ManagerWorks closely with PD and Release Manager to review and develop an operational SKU planCoordinate with QA / PD about status of upcoming SubmissionsComplete Code Submissions in First Party PortalsLead team scrubs for Metadata EntryComplete test uploads for Nintendo, Sony and MicrosoftSupport Release Managers supervise project status via Release ChecklistWork with 1st PP to show more access to each other's work streams and pinpoints areas for improvementUphold and promote the 2K ValuesKnowledge and SkillsAbility to create and configure game, bundles and production to storefront portalsPrevious experience setting up and releasing content on Sony and Microsoft platformsExcellent communication skills, both oral and written, internally & externallyKnowledge of bug database systems, QA process, test plan creation, and bug writing processMinimum of 2 years of work involved with Release ManagementHardworking, reliable, punctual, flexibility to work unsociable hours depending on deadlinesKnowledge of MS Office suiteTechnically proficient with PCs, gaming consoles, and related hardwareAbility to liaise with 1st Party in a very thoughtful mannerAbility to liaise with other departmentsBasic QualificationsBachelors or Associates degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent minimumExcellent organization and time management skill with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, and the flexibility to support an environment where details can change quickly.Well-developed interpersonal, communication skills, and management skills.Reliable with the ability to work in a team environment.Attention to detail and positive personality to champion excellent working relationships As an equal opportunity employer, we are committed to ensuring that qualified individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform their crucial job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
