Key responsibilities; Build your network by connecting and identifying the best candidates and clients in your market. Successfully manage and organise the entire recruitment life cycle Negotiate, organise and finalise arrangements between candidates and clients Sign terms (Retainer, Product Solution, Contingent) with new clients and develop existing client relationship further Achieve high level of calls, activity and business development Use our database and tools effectively to track your progress Become visible on LinkedIn by posting relevant market information and job adverts.
