Title: Associate Project ManagerLocation: Temecula, CADuration: 12 Month AssignmentMain Responsibilities:Labeling workstream project manager responsible for coordinating the creation, approval and release of labeling.Identify, develop, and gather resources to complete product labeling requirements. This may include preparing and developing project schedules, budgets and forecasts, and selection of materials and resources to complete the project.Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing the project.Lead Project kick off meetings and Technical Reviews with project stakeholders.Monitor progress and performance against the project plan.Communicate and resolve operational problems and minimize delays.Liaise with other operational areas within the organization (e.g., regulatory, engineering, operations) to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project.Select and manage activities to ensure they are integrated into the project and the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project.Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate with project stakeholders to drive milestones to completion on time or ahead of schedule.Align with business and quality standards.Experience with document control.Experience with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Experience with Agile/SCRUM boards (or similar sprint project planning tools)Abbott is a global healthcare leader that helps people live more fully at all stages of life.
