The Associate, Pick, Pack & Ship pulls assembly parts for the gear motor technicians and then packs and ships completed Gear Motors orders. This position uses various warehouse equipment, such as a radio frequency (RF) gun, and manifest document to successfully complete the orders. Production Operation Pull order accurately, according to RF unit and order ticket before sending to assembly station Pack orders according to order ticket paying attention to items needing extra dunnage, form, and special instructions General housekeeping of warehouse and pack stations Restock pack stations with shipping supplies (boxes, bubble wrap, paper, air pillows, etc.) and return totes and carts to proper areas Quality Report problems or abnormal issues found with motors, parts, or equipment discovered when pulling needed production parts from the bin locations Inspect work at appropriate check points before proceeding to pack out or ship Perform daily check sheets and inform supervisor of issue found Qualifications High School Diploma (or G.E.D.) or equivalent experience Up to 1 year experience picking parts, packing finished goods and shipping in a warehouse setting SAP shipping module -Basic Proficiency Strong troubleshooting skills Fast learner and self motivated Ability to work independently Ability to coordinate work with team members #LI-Onsite The salary (or hiring) range for this position is $31,200.00 per year Starting salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location, and alignment with market data Benefits include, but are not limited to, healthcare and wellness coverage, life and disability insurance, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and Paid Time Off.
