Associate Mechanical Assembler (Onsite: Duncan, Ok)

The Associate Mechanical Assembler working under general supervision, performs a variety of assembly operations associated with the manufacturing of explosive products.Pay Rate:$19.00/hourContract Length:5 month contract with the high possibility of extension based on performance and other factors.Shift Hours:6:00 AM to 4:30 PM | 10 Hours X 4 Day |Monday - Thursday (These are the core hours, employees work every other Friday as well and some Saturdays)Responsibilities:Working under general supervision, performs a variety of assembly operations associated with the manufacturing of explosive products, small mechanical or electro-mechanical parts, or equipment housing or large equipment such as engines, engine and PTO drive trains, gas compressors, control equipment, covers/cowlings, related connecting lines, etc.Assembly process may include fitting, mounting, alignment, adjusting, and operational testing.Qualifications:Skills typically acquired through 1-2 years of related assembly experience.Halliburton is an innovative leader in the oilfield services industry, providing products and services for the ever-evolving needs of the energy sector.Since starting out over a hundred years ago, Halliburton's path to success has been built on growth.
