Position Summary: Our Morristown, NJ office has an opportunity for a mid-level Associate to join the firm's dynamic and long-established practice and represent premier local and national employers. This is an excellent opportunity for associates who are proactive and passionate about assuming a high-level role providing legal service within a sophisticated practice and who are seeking to assume a significant role in all aspects of labor and employment law. This role requires extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.
Duties include all aspects of corporate labor and employment legal representation, but are not limited to, developing creative ideas and pragmatic solutions for client problems, litigation and trial work, and resolving governmental and workplace investigations.

Requirements: Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in New Jersey. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. License to practice in New York is strongly preferred, but not required. Candidates must possess 4+ years of labor and employment experience. We expect this attorney to provide excellent written and analytical work and to contribute to a respectful, collegial office environment.
