Responsibilities
• Support daily corporate operations by distributing communications and assisting with various projects• Organize and schedule a retreat for top Uline executives, as well as offsite department meetings• Plan special department outings, activities, and quarterly meetings• Manage training and new employee on-boarding for Uline's Merchandising and Purchasing departments• Work with department trainers to ensure sessions are effective and informative for new hires• Partner with business leaders to create specialized trainings
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field• 5+ years' experience in a corporate environment or event planning• Excellent time management, collaboration, and communication skills
