About the Human Resources Department The Human Resources Department has started to move from a renovation to a transformative phase by a continued focus on operational excellence and providing value to the customer.  Today, Human Resources services span the gamut between providing basic information to employees regarding policies to partnering with managers to think through human capital implications. Through focused and interdepartmental initiatives, the Human Resources Department has moved towards automation and centralization of transactional work to create efficiencies and to raise the level of service offered to the enterprise.
About Your Role Bridgewater's HR Operations Team is currently seeking an exceptional Associate, HR Program Manager. Ideal candidates will be passionate about taking on a program-oriented role focused on governance, compliance, and the enhancement of our human capital management (HCM) data, technology, and processes.  To be successful in the role, our Program Manager must develop subject matter expertise in our company compliance demands, security protocols, client requests, and HCM data processes.
You will drive the following responsibilities: Plan and administer various HR compliance, security, and data programs.Crisply synthesize technical business needs for HR, anticipate potential issues, and provide managers, peers, and other stakeholders with appropriate transparency about the chosen path to resolution, progress against the plan, and outcome to ensure case resolution. Oversee program plans and tracking of progress and changes.Contribute to the production of program reports, materials, and content.Independently identify and proactively implement opportunities aimed at enhancing the experience of internal customers and key stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement initiatives by making well-informed (data and diagnosis-driven) recommendations about ways to evolve critical processes.Orchestrate internal HR parties as needed to achieve program goals; soliciting and utilizing critical feedback from relevant experts– all while maintaining project momentum and meeting critical deadlines.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required - PHR or SHRM CP preferred.Minimum of 3 to 5 years of previous human resources experience.Strong proficiency in ExcelExperience keeping multi-phased projects on track; strong organizational skills and a commitment to reliably meet deadlines.Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues in a mature manner with high levels of discretion, empathy, and composure.A goal-oriented, common-sense approach to problem solving and prioritization and an ability to navigate ambiguity.An ability to absorb and then apply Bridgewater's unique corporate philosophy, paired with solid independent judgment, when communicating and making decisions.Flexible, positive, and open-minded approach to collaboration; comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback and willing to hold people at all levels accountable.Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate well at all levels while always maintaining professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment.Physical Requirements For most of our roles, Bridgewater offers remote work flexibility, with most employees required to work on campus as their principal work location, a minimum of two days (and in some cases three days) per week with the option to work offsite on other days.
Compensation The wage range for this role is $95,000 - $130,000 inclusive of base salary and discretionary target bonus. The expected base salary for this role is between 80% - 90% of this wage range.
