Job summary
Our General Dentists perform a variety of preventative, restorative, endodontic, and surgical procedures that fall under the scope of general dentistry.We provide a trained team to assist and build your schedules.We welcome dentists of all different experience levels, including recent graduates, to join our team.

Responsibilities
• Perform preventative, restorative, endodontic, and surgical procedures in general dentistry.• Work with other dentists in the office and region to provide the best treatment for patients.• Collaborate with Specialty Dentists for specific treatments.• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the office.• Mentor new dentists.• Coordinate care for patients with Specialists.• Create treatment plans and provide direct care to patients.• Report to Doctors instead of a practice owner.• Receive corporate support from various departments.• Participate in career pathways and training programs.
Requirements
• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD).• Experience level: All experience levels, including recent graduates, are welcome to join.• Managing Dentists usually have at least 3 years of experience.• Ability to work as part of a team.• Strong clinical skills.• Good communication and mentoring skills.
