Following our recent acquisition of CorEvitas, we're excited to introduce this innovative group, merging Non-Interventional Studies (NIS) with Real World Evidence and Data Solutions (RWDS) endeavors.
We are currently seeking candidates for Associate/Director/Sr Account Director roles.
Role Overview:
As a member of our Business Development team, you will play a pivotal role in securing and nurturing business relationships for our organization. Through proactive and consultative sales strategies targeting key decision-makers and influencers within both existing and prospective clinical sponsors, you will position our company as a premier provider for outsourced clinical development projects. From qualifying deals to crafting proposals and negotiating contracts, you will be instrumental in driving our strategic objectives forward. Your responsibilities will extend to coordinating with relevant clinical development teams to ensure seamless implementation post-sale and acting as a liaison between clients and our organization for all business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead RFP strategy discussions, develop compelling client proposals, deliver impactful presentations, and successfully negotiate and finalize contracts.
Conduct cold calls and client visits, diligently maintain sales databases, and provide regular activity reports.
Prioritize client satisfaction by maintaining consistent communication, addressing any concerns promptly, and responding effectively to client requests.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, coupled with relevant professional qualifications.
Demonstrable experience (2+ years) in a comparable role, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Background in scientific, sales, and/or marketing, particularly within the pharmaceutical/biotech sector.
Proven ability to cultivate and nurture mid to high-level business relationships.
Strong interpersonal skills, enabling seamless collaboration across departments and the expansion of business opportunities.
Proficiency in sales automation systems and Microsoft Office suite.
While not essential, experience in clinical selling/RWE is highly desirable.
