Responsibilities
• Optimize the use of resources to complete work plan scopes within budget and time constraints.• Follow established planning and scheduling methodology.• Develop project milestone and progress tracking baselines.• Assess subcontractor compliance with scheduling methodology.• Contribute to the development of the Work Breakdown Structure.• Perform analysis of schedule data and communicate findings.• Collaborate with internal and external clients on project schedule.• Coach and mentor the planning team.• Lead schedule reporting and updates.• Ensure compliance of contractor's schedules.• Analyze resource requirement and availability impacts.• Recommend recovery options.
Requirements
• On-site presence is required.• Previous experience in project controls within the infrastructure sector.• Rail experience highly preferred.• Experience in program controls management, earned value, change & risk management, planning, project controls, or PMO.• Experience implementing scheduling processes.• Degree qualification in a relevant field.• Practical exposure to network planning structures and techniques.• Strong command of written and spoken English.• Collaborative and ability to work as part of a national team.• Strong time management skills, quick thinking, and resilience.• 7-10 years of US construction experience.• Strong communication skills.
