Associate Director Of Recruitment

Associate Director of RecruitmentSchool of Social Work Location: New Orleans, LASummary The Associate Director of Recruitment leads the effort to identify, recruit, and enroll an academically qualified and diverse population of graduate students each year. This position reports to the Assistant Dean of Enrollment Management. This position serves as the "face" of Tulane School of Social Work (TSSW) by attending recruitment events and acting as the primary point of contact for prospective students and applicants throughout the admissions process until matriculation. The Associate Director oversees and participates in TSSW hosted recruitment and yield events, assists with marketing initiatives to increase enrollment, and manages a team of Admissions Counselors.
Required Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience in admissions or other related experience. OR •Master's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience in admissions.

Preferred Qualifications •Graduate degree in higher education administration, student affairs, or other related field•Familiarity with the graduate education recruitment cycle•Experience in graduate admissions•Experience with Banner, Slate, and higher education adjacent software• Previous experience supervising staff
