Responsibilities
• Build collaborations between CAPS and stakeholders• Facilitate professional development for staff and trainees• Supervise staff members supporting marginalized student populations• Engage with leadership and campus partners to enhance campus climate• Recruit, attract, and retain a diverse staff and trainee classes• Deliver psychotherapy, outreach, consultation, and emergency services• Serve as expert on student wellness and DEI• Steer the department's vision and policy considerations• Collaborate with OSEI and establish DEI programs• Work with CAPS Student Advisory Board
Requirements
• Doctorate in clinical or counseling psychology• Licensure or license-eligibility as a psychologist in the District of Columbia
