Associate Director, Business Operations (Proposal Development) (JR 4222)

The Associate Director, Business Operations (Proposal Development) manages the timely production of accurate proposal budgets and strategy documents through liaison with other departments and colleagues. The Associate Director reports into the Vice President, Business Operations.

Essential Functions:
Manage a team of proposal professionals and oversee their proposal assignments and day to day responsibilities.
Act as the main point of contact for proposal assignments/lead internal discussions
Lead proposal development to prepare quality, timely budgets and proposals for complex studies or high-profile clients that support business and financial objectives.
Review proposal materials for risk and escalate any areas of concern.
Responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned RFPs through the completion of a proposal, including the budget, best practices, and overall quality deliverables.
Review proposal outputs for consistency, clarity, and compliance with client RFP requirements for proposal staff
