IT Associate Buyer Reports to
IT Procurement Manager/Procurement Director
JOB DESCRIPTION Summary The Associate Buyer supports the procurement organization by providing purchasing and project assistance through procuring goods and services, vendor management and reporting and analytics.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some standing may be required at times. Must be able to sit for long periods. Must be ablet to perform repetitious hand and eye movements.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work vary Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm

Required Education and Experience Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Proven ability to multi-task and stay organized in fast paced environment. Professional oral and written communication 2-year degree High School diploma Preferred Education and Experience 1-2 years procurement experience Experience with ticketing systems such as Service Now or Service Channel Experience with facility service providers and/or technology providers Understanding of business and finance Ability to effectively collaborate on a team Additional Eligibility Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
